Report a street problem including potholes, a hazard on a road or pavement or damaged manholes.
You can report faults with traffic lights and other road issues to Transport for London.
Before you start
You will need to tell us:
- details of the problem, with any evidence
- the location

Things you can report
You can report problems such as:
- abandoned cones and barriers
- broken guard rails
- broken or loose kerbs
- damaged benches
- damaged or missing bollards
- damaged pavements
- damaged manhole or utilities cabinets
- defective utilities reinstatements
- dips in the road
- materials and rubble on highway
- potholes and other road damage
- traffic caused by roadworks
What will happen to my report?
We will email you to confirm we have received your report and are dealing with it.
You should expect a response within 5 working days.
