Report a problem with trees managed by the council.

Before you start

You will need to tell us:

  • details of the problem, with any evidence
  • location of the tree
  • your contact details

How to report a problem

Council housing properties

Contact the housing department for any issues to do with trees on council estates.

Contact the trees team for issues on other council land.

Housing association properties

Contact the housing association directly.

Privately-owned land or garden squares

Contact the landowner if the tree is on privately-owned land. The council has limited powers to help with trees in neighbouring gardens.

Contact TfL Street Care for problems with trees on the following streets:
