Notes This office deals with all births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea dating from 1837 onwards.

This office provides the following services:

The registration of all births, still-births and deaths that occur within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Providing copies of certificates for all births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships that have occurred since 1991.

The attestation of notices of marriage and civil partnership.

Ceremonies and registrations for marriages, civil partnerships, and civil partnership to marriage conversions

The performance of citizenship ceremonies.

The performance of civil ceremonies: baby naming, renewal of vows and commitment ceremonies.
