Please note: if you sign up to receive your bill by email, this will be the only type of document you will receive via e-mail. If you fall behind with your payments and recovery documents are issued such as a reminder notice, final notice or and summons these will be sent via post.
Our Online forms and the Council tax and Benefits portion of MyRBKC are currently unavailable

You can choose to have your Council Tax bill sent to you by email. This method is cost effective and can be environmentally friendly. By choosing this method you help us reduce administration and postage costs, which contributes to keeping the Council Tax low.
All you need to do is link your Council Tax account to your MyRBKC account. You will only need to do this once.
If you would like to register now visit Register for a MyRBKC account and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you have already registered you can Sign in to MyRBKC account.
Once you have linked your Council Tax account, click to sign up to paperless billing.
If you want to change your current method of payment to Direct Debit and have the choice to receive your bills by email then complete the Apply to Pay by Direct Debit or Change Payment Method form or call us on 020 7361 3005.
Please note: if you sign up to receive your bill by email, you must let us know if you change your email address so you can continue to receive your bills electronically. Please use the
Contact us form to tell us your new email address and quote your Council Tax account reference number.
