Information on how to view your Council Tax account

What can I use MyRBKC for?

If you pay Council Tax to us, you can use our system to:

• view your balance
• check when your next payment is due
• view latest bills
• set up a Direct Debit or make other changes to your method of payment and
• report a change to us online

To manage your Council Tax account online, you’ll need:

• To register (if you’re new to the system) or log-in
• Your Council Tax account number
