Early Help for Families

This is a new multi-agency service incorporating professionals from Early Years, Family Support, School Attendance and Youth Support. We work with families who have children aged 0-19, where there are indications of emerging difficulties and/or additional needs and offer a range of different interventions, including;

  • Parenting work
  • Sleep advisory support
  • Activity based programmes
  • Individual advice/support
  • Family health and well-being

Family Information Service

The Family Information Service (FIS) is part of the Early Help for Families Service and can provide you with information, advice ann guidance on topics such as:

  • Childcare
  • Children's centres
  • Play services
  • Activities
  • Toddler groups
  • Support making choices about schools.
