Our Key Worker Accommodation pilot programme offered affordable rentals. This was for key workers in the NHS, primary schools and secondary schools.

The apartments offered open-plan living spaces. These came with fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and flooring throughout.
The result
We used the results of the pilot to understand the levels of demand within the borough. It also helped us develop a longer-term policy that delivers homes to Key Workers.
