Key Worker Accommodation Pilot Programme
Our Key Worker Accommodation Pilot Programme provided affordable rental options for key workers in the NHS and primary and secondary schools delivering services to Kensington and Chelsea residents.
It offered 14 striking one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Kensal Road W10, featuring open plan living, fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and flooring throughout.
The results of the pilot have been used to help us to understand the levels of demand within the borough and to develop a longer-term policy that delivers homes to Key Workers.
