Online Exercise Class Programme (Starting Monday 4 January)

All classes are free and will be taught via zoom.

Email either Lyndsey.north@rbkc.gov.uk or Lucy.wright@rbkc.gov.uk to be added to the class database. You must specify which class you are interested in.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ’s)

Do I need to pre book the session?

All sessions are drop in apart from Tennis Activators.

Do I need to wear a mask?

You are welcome to wear your own mask, but it is not essential for our sessions.

Are you implementing Track and Trace?

We do have track and trace measures in place for all our sessions. You will be asked to fill out a track and trace form on your arrival.

What happens if I turn up late?

Please ensure you turn up 5 minutes before the start time as late comers will not be allowed to take part.

Are these sessions suitable for beginners?

Yes, all our sessions are suitable for beginners.

Will outdoor sessions go ahead regardless of weather conditions?

Sessions will go ahead unless high winds or thunder and lightning. Please ensure you bring suitable clothing with you.

How much do sessions cost?

Free until the end of the year.

How old do I need to be to attend sessions?

16+  


Leisure Centre Classes

Several Active for Life sessions are now back at Kensington Leisure Centre and Chelsea Sports Centre. All classes must be pre booked. Booking can be made 1 week in advance and closes 2 hours prior to session. Please note bookings will not be accepted after the closing time.

Booking is made via email to Lyndsey.north@rbkc.gov.uk or Lucy.wright@rbkc.gov.uk or phoning between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday on 07702151852 or 07702151847. (If you do not get through then please leave a voicemail).

Please note your session booking will not be confirmed unless you receive an email confirmation and you will be turned away from the session if you are not on the pre booked register. You will be required to show the instructor your email confirmation.

Please turn up on time for your sessions. Late comers will not be allowed to take part which will be enforced heavily by centre staff. Make sure you turn up ready for the session as changing rooms will be closed.

Once in the activity room, you will be allocated a 3m by 3m box which you need to remain in for the duration of the session. Any equipment will need to be wiped down before and after use with sanitiser products which will be provided.

Please note all sessions will be free until the end of the year.
