How to apply for a Premises Licence Grant
Apply online
- Download and save the Application Form (below).
- Complete the application form (Word document) on your computer. If you can't complete the form right now don't worry, you can edit it in your own time. Once you're ready, return to this page to complete the application.
- Upload your application form and supporting documents, if you are applying to sell alcohol remember to include the consent form signed by the proposed DPS
- Pay the Licence fee
Apply by post
- Download and print the Premises Licence Grant Application Form.
- Complete the application form, sign and date it
- Send your application form and supporting documents to the Licensing Team, address details can be found on the contact Licensing webpage.
- Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
