How to apply for a Premises Licence Grant
Apply by post
- Download and print the Premises Licence Grant Application Form.
- Complete the application form, sign and date it
- Send your application form and supporting documents to the Licensing Team, address details can be found on the contact Licensing webpage.
- Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
