Trellick Tower and Edenham Way

The area between Trellick Tower and Elkstone Road, where the Edenham Way Old People’s Home once stood, has been empty for some time. The area is being used as play space and a temporary coach park while the Council, working with the local community, develops plans for the area.

Architects Levitt Bernstein studied the area to identify possibilities and limitations of developing the site. Read more about the work so far, and view some of the display materials presented to local people.

The Council developed a Supplementary Planning Document to provide guidance on development in the area and Haworth Tompkins architects carried out initial design work. The project team is now seeking to appoint a development partner to deliver the new homes. We hope to have them in place by Autumn 2017, you can read more on our Next steps page.
