Opening hours for the Customer Service Centre and Contact Centre

Both the Contact Centre and the Customer Service Centre will be closed on Friday 30 March 2018 (Good Friday) and Monday 2 April 2018 (Easter Monday). Normal service will resume on Tuesday 3 April 2018.

Rubbish and recycling collections

Friday 30 March 2018 Good Friday (bank holiday) 

• There will be no rubbish and recycling collections or Too Big for the Bin collections.
• Rubbish and recycling will only be collected from estates with paladin bins.
• Trade collections will only be carried out as normal.

Easter Monday 2 April 2018 (bank holiday)

• Rubbish and recycling collections will be carried out as usual
• There will be no Too Big for the Bin collections

Registrars opening times

Registrars operate an appointment only system where it is not possible to see anyone without an appointment, and that still holds over the holiday period.

• Thursday 29 March 2018: 8am to 7pm
• Good Friday 30 March 2018: closed for bank holiday
• Saturday 31 March 2018: 10am to 6pm
• Easter Sunday 1 April 2018: closed
• Easter Monday 2 April 2018: closed for bank holiday (‘Out of hours’ service provided)
• Tuesday 3 April 2018: 8am to 5pm

Please note: The Registrars ‘Out of Hours service’ is available for those requiring a same day burial or cremation (020 7361 3000) between 9am and 10am on Easter Monday 2 April 2018, however there is no ‘out of hours service’ available on Good Friday 30 March 2018 or Easter Sunday 1 April 2018.
