Scientific paper on environmental contamination around Grenfell Tower
27 March 2019
A scientific paper has been published today (Thursday 28 March) by Professor Anna Stec on potential contaminants in the environment around Grenfell Tower. We recognise local people and staff working in the area may be concerned about this issue.
We are urgently seeking interpretation of its findings from specialist scientists, and their advice on next steps. In the meantime, the NHS has put in place a comprehensive set of services including enhanced health checks and support with managing anxiety. If you are worried about your health, you should go to your GP.
