Landlords and tenants can give their views on draft proposals for a new housing licence to drive up standards in the private rented sector.

The Council has reopened the Additional Restrictions Grants fund to include start-up businesses launched within six months before March 2020, along with other small businesses and sole traders impacted by Covid-19.
