If your application is still within the statutory determination period, or within an agreed extension of time, you should not expect a progress update at this stage.

St Quintin
St Quintin Neighbourhood Forum
The St Quintin and Woodlands Neighbourhood Forum (SQWNF) and Neighbourhood Area were initially established July 2013, reconfirmed in July 2018 and again in November 2023. In 2023 the name of the forum and the area changed to the St Quintin Neighbourhood Forum/ Area.
Please note: The status and the boundary of the Neighbourhood Area has not changed from its initial designation in 2013.

St Quintin and Woodlands Neighbourhood Plan
After going through rigorous assessment the SQWNP was confirmed by the Council in July 2018. It now forms part of the development plan for the area and must be used when determining planning applications for the Neighbourhood Area.
