The Kensington and Chelsea CSPAN is a collective of partners. They work together to lead, plan and deliver sport and physical activity opportunities in the local area.

Action Disability Kensington and Chelsea

ADKC is an organisation run and controlled by disabled people. They support disabled people to live independently and campaign for an inclusive society. View the ADKC website.

Age UK Kensington and Chelsea (AUKC) is a local charity working at the heart of the community. They ensure that older people's voices are heard, their needs are met and their independence is supported. Go to the AUKC website.

Healthwatch Central West London (CWL)

Healthwatch CLW is an independent consumer champion for health and social care services.  We support people who live, work or use services in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.

We aim to empower and represent the diverse communities of our boroughs. We want to engage and influence the planning and delivery of publicly-funded health and social care services.  Our services should meet our needs.

Healthy Schools Partnership

A new local Healthy Schools Partnership is now in place across:

  • Hammersmith and Fulham
  • Kensington and Chelsea
  • Westminster

The main aim of the partnership is to support and encourage schools to develop and deepen their focus on health and wellbeing.

This will support the attainment, achievement and happiness of pupils, staff and wider school communities.  To go to the Healthy Schools Partnership website.

Health Trainers

We have health trainers who can offer support with:

  • healthy eating
  • physical activity
  • quitting smoking
  • mental or emotional well-being

They offer up to six, one-to-one sessions to help you achieve your healthy lifestyle goals. The service is funded by the NHS and all sessions are free and confidential.

The team can meet you anywhere in the borough that is convenient to you for a personalised service.

Kensington and Chelsea Social Council

Kensington and Chelsea Social Council supports local voluntary and community organisations. We aim to develop a strong local sector voice to influence decision makers and encourage sector campaigning. This aims to improve the quality of life of residents of Kensington and Chelsea

We are a Council for Voluntary Service (CVS). We act as an umbrella body for voluntary and community organisations in Kensington and Chelsea.

London Sport

London Sport have a simple aim: to help make London happier, healthier and stronger through sport.

New Hope Academy

New Hope Academy is a local multi-sports partner within Kensington and Chelsea. They run sessions in the north and south of the borough at Avondale Park W12 and St Luke’s Gardens SW3.

New Hope also operate as a charity taking in many of the deprived children in the local area. They provide opportunities to play football, whilst also giving them a sporting habit for life. This also works on their social skills.

Open Age

Open Age established in 1993, is a user led charity working across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. They enabling older people, from 50 to over 100 years of age, to:

  • sustain their physical and mental fitness,
  • maintain active lifestyles
  • develop new and stimulating interests
