You can pay your accounts receivable invoice online using a debit or credit card.
We accept:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Maestro
Other ways to pay
Online or telephone banking
You can pay using your bank's online or telephone banking service.
Use the following details:

- account number: 00000000
Use the invoice number on your invoice as your reference.
Pay by phone (automated service)
You can pay by debit or credit card using the 24 hour automated payment line.

We accept MasterCard, Visa debit and credit cards and Maestro debit cards.
There is a £5000 limit on credit card payments.
Pay by post
Make cheques payable to “RB of Kensington and Chelsea” and send them to:

Write your invoice number, name and address on the back of the cheque.
Include the payment slip with your payment.
We do not send receipts for postal payments unless you ask for one and provide a stamped, addressed envelope.
If you send cash through the post, send it by registered mail.
Bank Giro credit
Fill in the details on the slip and take it to any bank. You may be charged for this service.
Pay at a Post Office
You can pay at any Post Office by giving them your payment and the slip.
Make cheques payable to "Post Office Ltd".
Girobank
If you have a Girobank account fill in the payment slip and send it to the Giro Centre using one of the special envelopes.
Pay in person
You can pay using our self-service payment kiosks at the Town Hall.
