Service update: Planned systems maintenance

From 8pm to 9pm on Wednesday 27 September 2023 some systems will be unavailable due to planned systems maintenance.

The systems affected are:

  • MyRBKC
  • Online payment systems - you will be unable to make payments during this time.
  • Planning Application Search

Pay online

To pay online you will need:

  • Your RBKC Debt Management reference number as shown on the notice you have received. Please note this is not the Council Tax or Business Rates reference.
  • A credit or debit card. We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa and Maestro.
