Housing Delivery Test Action Plan
We are committed to delivering more homes in the borough and address key challenges that the borough faces in terms of housing supply and delivery.
This action plan sets out key priorities and actions that the Council are undertaking to improve housing supply and delivery of key housing sites such as Kensal Canalside and Earl’s Court Opportunity Areas, opportunities to identify new sites for housing as part of the preparation of the New Local Plan Review and progressing the delivery of more affordable homes through the Council led housing schemes.
