Unitary Development Plan
The Unitary Development Plan (UDP) was adopted on 25 May 2002 and a number of policies were saved in September 2007 (under the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004). However, following the adoption of the Local Plan Partial Review in September 2019, the UDP has now been superseded. It is no longer part of the Borough's development plan.
