The Accessible Transport Service is currently processing applications for concessions and Disabled Blue Badges.

Applications are being assessed within up to 12 weeks of receipt. To help us process your application as quickly as possible, please ensure that all required supporting documentation and any applicable payment are submitted at the time of application. Missing information may result in delays.

Due to a high volume of applications, some customers may experience longer processing times than usual. Our team is actively reviewing applications and will contact you if any further information is required or once a decision has been made.
