Deadline for applications to hold a VE 80th Anniversary Street Party is Friday 11 April, 12 noon.
Now you have started your event planning and understand the process, you are ready to submit your application. Your next steps are:
- register on our Events portal
- once you are registered, submit your online application. You will be given a unique reference number to use with all of the council's services involved in facilitating street events
Our Events Team will contact you to:
- confirm the details in your application
- answer any questions you may have
- begin the process of liaising with other Council services
Depending on the size and complexity of your street party, for instance selling alcohol or playing amplified music, there may be extra forms to complete, before finalising your event permissions.
