Rainbow food

Eat the Rainbow recipes

Eating a variety of different coloured fruit and veg every day is good for us, which is why we often talk about 'eating the rainbow'. It's also why we ran a photo competition in which we encouraged people to post photos of fruit and veg of all the colours of the rainbow on social media. Search for #pogoeattherainbow on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to see all the wonderful pictures that were taken.

Below you'll find some healthy recipes that we found during the photo competition that feature fruit and veg of the colours of the rainbow. Why not give one a go? You could try cooking one a day and 'eat the rainbow' all in one week!
