Sing and dance along with the new Unplug and Play video

Children from the Venture Community Association have joined forces with Ebony Steel Band and local musician Alexander D Great to record a new music video to share messages about limiting screen time and keeping active.

The video has been produced as part a campaign called Unplug & Play that is run by the Council’s Go Golborne healthy lifestyle initiative. As one of the oldest playgrounds in London, Notting Hill Adventure Playground at the Venture Centre is the perfect backdrop for local children to demonstrate the Unplug & Play song and dance routine and spread important messages about keeping screen-time to a max of 2 hours a day. Watch it here!

Commenting on the video, Go Golborne co-ordinator Ellie Lewis said ‘It is such a great video! The children really bring the Unplug & Play message to life and capture the spirit of the campaign, which is all about having lots of active fun and not spending too much time on screens. I think it should be shown far and wide.’
