Early Help for Young People

The Early Help for Young People service can provide you with support on a range of issues. You might have issues with;

  • Anxiety
  • Low self-esteem
  • Low mood
  • Making friends
  • Confidence
  • Family problems
  • Bereavement
  • Exam stress
  • Bullying


We provide support through schools, youth centres and you can also contact us directly via email if you feel you need additional support. Please email us at earlyhelp@rbkc.gov.uk with your name, contact number and your issues/concerns. We will get someone to contact you as soon as possible.

There is wealth of resources online and you might be able to find some support both on KCcentral and from other services;

  • Education and careers - details of apprenticeships, colleges and career options.
  • Young Minds - information and advice on emotional well-being.
  • Childline - support on bullying, self-harm, your rights, relationships amongst a wide range of topics.
  • The Hide Out - information for young people on domestic violence.
