Our programme of Children's Holiday Activities for 2019

Easter Holiday Activities programme will run from Monday 8 April to Friday 19 April.

Gnome Homes

Create a woodland gnome and grotto in the woods for him to dwell.

Treemendous

Play tree games like leaf bingo. Then create your own leaf crown to wear.

10 April

Nature Explorers Afternoon – Come to the centre to learn more about the wildlife of the park and how to discover it.

NEW Hire an Explorers bag to go on a nature quest around the park. £5 and £10 deposit.

11 April

Forest Day 10.30am to 3pm (8-12 year olds)

Forest School themed activities in the woods. Exploration in the Wildlife Area and activities like knot making and shelter building.

Packed lunch and outdoor clothing needed

12 April

Woodland Masterpieces

Make your own leaf creations in the park’s gardens and woods.

Holland Park Storytelling Walk

Listen to stories woven along a walk through the secret corners of Holland Park.

Amphibians Antics

Learn about frogs, toads and newts and then search for them in the Wildlife Area.

Spring Hares and Easter Bunnies

Hop along to discover the habits of rabbits and lots of hare raising fun.

Easter Egg-stravaganza - Free Drop-in: 12 noon to 4pm (all ages)

Learn about animal eggs and nests, decorate your own, and take part in our Easter Nature Trail. £2 donation for craft activities

Fees and Charges

These charges have been set and agreed by the Cabinet member for Environment, Leisure and Residents’ Services in March 2019.

Spaces are limited on our holiday activity sessions. Please book and make payment in advance to secure your booking. Sorry, we cannot give refunds.

Note: * Concessions are: RBKC residents who are in receipt of: job seekers allowance [income based], incapacity benefit, disability living allowance, industrial injuries disablement benefit or severe disablement allowance or senior citizen [60+ years]. Concessions discount is also available to those who have a disability or are registered as caring for the disabled. (RBKC residents and Non Residents) For concession rate proof of residency and eligibility is required.

In booking sessions, please note we only now accept payment by debit or credit card excluding American Express.
