Before you order

Check:

• whether you can wait for your next delivery, check the recycling bag delivery schedule
• any communal storage areas shared by residents
• whether your caretaker or concierge has recycling bags available

• you need extra bags with every delivery
• you are not receiving your bags regularly 

When you contact us, tell us why you need extra bags and why have not received your delivery.

For example, in some shared buildings recycling bags may be collected by other residents. In these cases, we may be able to send your bags in an envelope.

If you live in a mansion block, flat or estate

Do not order the clear recycling bags.

Most mansion blocks, flats and estates have communal recycling bins.

If you need help carrying recycling to a communal bin, we can provide a reusable recycling bag.
