Order clear or reusable recycling bags (residents)
Our online forms are currently unavailable
Do not use them for now, including for ordering recycling bags and food caddies, reporting fly-tipping, missed collections or street cleaning. For food waste requests, email [email protected]. For clear recycling bags, email [email protected]. Or call 020 7361 3001 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm)
This page is for recycling bags that are for domestic use only. For commercial waste bags visit our page for information on commercial waste and recycling.
If you live in a mansion block, flat or estate
You may already have a large communal recycling bin.
To help you recycle, we can send you a reusable bag for your recycling to carry to your bin.
If you would like a reusable bag, email: [email protected].
Do not order the clear recycling bags, as you do not need them.
