Bulky household waste collections

Service update:
Our Too Big for the Bin collection service is operating again and taking new bookings, but please be aware, we are running a slightly reduced service. Please make sure you leave items outside of your property on the day of your collection, due to Covid-19, the collection crew cannot enter your property under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide a collection service for items classified as “heavy” on the booking system at this present time.  Please ensure you understand the conditions of arranging a collection, as refunds cannot be given for items not being available on the day of collection.
