High Court injunction hearing about car cruising

The council has applied to the High Court for an injunction to prevent car cruising across the borough in the case RBKC and Westminster City Council – v – Persons Unknown (KB-2026-001615).
The application will be heard at 10:30am on 19 June 2026 at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL. Anyone who believes they may be affected by the proposed injunction can attend the hearing.
