Report a problem on a street

You can report problems on public roads, pavements, footpaths and parks.

Before you start

You will need to tell us:

  • details of the problem or incident, with any evidence
  • the type of issue
  • the location of the problem

We may also ask for your contact details.

Things you can report

You can report problems such as:

  • abandoned bicycles, vehicles, trolleys and locks
  • animals
  • building work affecting pavements or streets
  • contaminated recycling bags
  • dumped rubbish
  • fly tipping – including white goods
  • flyposting
  • graffiti
  • littering
  • Notting Hill Carnival issues
  • property lost on a street or in a drain
  • public toilets
  • street bins
  • street cleaning
  • street information signs
  • street trading – including restaurants
  • vehicle anti-social behaviour
  • weeds or bushes on a street or pavement

What will happen to my report?

We will email you to confirm we have received your report and are dealing with it.

Depending on the issue, you should expect your issue to resolved between 24 hours and 1 week of submitting your report.
