The action plan will go to the Leadership Team. It will explain how we'll build the 6 recommendations into our Council Plan, transformation programme, culture review and other major planning processes.
July 2026
The LGA peer team will return for a progress review around 12 months after the initial challenge. They'll assess how far we've progressed against the recommendations and offer further feedback.
