Join the Priority Services Register (PSR)
The PSR is a free and confidential service for residents who may need extra support if their heating or hot water is interrupted.
If you think you or someone in your household may need extra support, we encourage you to apply for the PSR.
Eligibility
The following is not a definitive list but you may be eligible to join the PSR if you or someone in your household is:
- pensionable age
- living with a disability
- experiencing a serious or long-term illness
- pregnant
- living with children under 5
- facing other temporary circumstances that make managing your heat supply more difficult
