4. Register for a MyRBKC account
MyRBKC is an account which enables you to view council services such as council tax, housing and council tax benefit in one place. After you have registered your details you will also be able to set up email notifications for planning applications and notifications about works in your area.
How to open a MyRBKC account
To open a MyRBKC account you will need to register your details using the MyRBKC registration form. The form will take you between 5-10 minutes to complete and you will need to set a password and a secret question and answer. The secret question and answer will be used to authenticate you as the account holder should you forget your password.
After you have completed the registration form you will receive an email confirming you have been registered.

Once you have registered on MyRBKC, the following information will be needed to access you council tax account or housing benefit claim information:
council tax account reference or housing benefits claim reference
