Have you made a resolution to be more active in your community? Are you excited about making decisions or finding ways to shape your borough?

Then why not start off 2020 by taking part in one of the many activities happening in Kensington and Chelsea. You can get involved in anything from volunteering at a local charity to speaking at Leadership Team Meetings. It’s up to you!

Full Council – Interested in the changes happening in your ward? Want to have your voice front and centre at the next Full Council Meeting? Get involved by attending the Full Council Meetings and reserve your spot to speak. The next meeting is on Wednesday 22 January.

Grenfell Community Assembly – The Grenfell Community Assembly is a forum that gives the Grenfell community the opportunity to come together and discuss the issues that matter to them. Our next meeting on Thursday 23 January will examine environmental issues.

Listening Forums – The Council has agreed a new programme of Listening Forums for Members of the Leadership Team to hear directly about issues that matter to you and your local area. The current programme will run from Autumn 2019 to Summer 2020. Make sure you’re able to attend the first meeting on Monday 27 January.

Volunteer Centre Kensington and Chelsea – Fancy becoming a volunteer? The Volunteer Centre Kensington and Chelsea can help you choose the right opportunity and the right charity for you, no matter your age, background or interests. Whatever time you can give, the Volunteer Centre will make it work.
