Strategic Flood Risk Assessment

This report is a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It has been prepared in accordance with current best practice, National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and its accompanying Planning Practice Guidance. The SFRA is a planning tool that enables the Council to select and develop sustainable site allocations away from vulnerable flood risk areas.

The Council’s SFRA was updated in 2022 to provide the evidence base for the New Local Plan Review.
