Parking Operations: management of controlled parking zone, parking bay and yellow line suspensions, skip permits and management of the Town Hall Car Park.
Customer Service Centre: Management of residents' parking permits.
Parking Enforcement: management of the Council's parking enforcement contractors, including the issuing and processing of parking tickets, vehicle clamping and removal and car pound management.

If you are not satisfied with the response, wait for the Notice to Owner and send it back for consideration by the Council's Representations Section. Wait for a letter of acceptance/rejection and if still not satisfied use the form sent with the rejection to appeal to:
