Let us know about any breaches of planning permission.

Before you start

You can use our planning application search or list of protected trees to check whether planning permission has been sought or if any tree works are restricted.

For your report, you will need to tell us:

• details of the planning breach, with any evidence
• the location

We may also ask for your contact details.

Things you can report

You can report problems such as:

• planning condition or permission breach
• demolition in conservation area
• terrace or balcony area misuse
• operating outside lawful use
• short letting for more than 90 days a year
• traffic or delivery violations
• unauthorised adverts or boards
• unauthorised air conditioning or plant
• unauthorised tables or chairs
• untidy or derelict buildings
• works to listed building without planning permission

We will email you to confirm we have received your report and are dealing with it.

You should expect to receive a response within 5 working days.
