Callers can report or enquire after any empty property in their locality with the wish to rent or buy that property. These details are added to a database and the relevant council is contacted in order to trace the owner of the property. If the owner is willing to participate, the property can be renovated, rented out or simply sold to the interested enquirer. Independent advice is offered by Empty Homes to the owner of the property in question.
