Hours Personal visits for permit enquiries: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5pm (The Permitline telephone service is manned from 8.30am until 5.30pm)
For other parking services: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (The Parkingline telephone service is manned 9am - 5pm)

Notes Parking Operations: management of controlled parking zone, parking bay and yellow line suspensions, skip permits and management of the Town Hall Car Park.

Customer Service Centre: Management of residents' parking permits.

Parking Enforcement: management of the Council's parking enforcement contractors, including the issuing and processing of parking tickets, vehicle removal and car pound management.

If you are not satisfied with the response, wait for the Notice to Owner and send it back for consideration by the Council's Representations Section. Wait for a letter of acceptance/rejection and if still not satisfied use the form sent with the rejection to appeal to:
