Diane is a former chef, qualified English teacher and Kids yoga instructor. She lives in a warm, safe two bedroom lower ground floor flat with a very friendly dog and cat and a private and secure 70ft garden.
She includes for activities into a working day:
- gardening
- kids yoga
- visits to the play areas in Holland Park and Kensington Park Gardens
- painting, drawing, singing and dancing
- day to day home activities such as baking, shopping, lying the table etc
As a former chef I am passionate about fresh food and will be providing home cooked seasonal meals using organic produce whenever possible. I hold a level 2 award for Food Safety Certificate.
I have attended the following courses: Introduction to childminding and safeguarding children and paediatric first aid. I will be attending the following courses in 2010: observation, assessment and planning; child development; feeling and behaviour; organising the learning day and understanding children.
I will be opening a designated playroom in January 2011, the room will have a walk in toy storage and en-suite bathroom and door to the garden.
