Change4Life – help your family stay active and healthy

Working with local organisations, Change4Life Kensington and Chelsea supports children, young people and families and aims to make it easier for children and young people to eat well and be active.

Children are recommended to be physically active for at least 60 minutes every day. It’s important to eat healthily and look after our own and others’ wellbeing. We know this has been hard during Coronavirus, please see some useful resources to get moving, cooking and healthier in our Activity section.
