If you would like to report a new repair can you use our online form to contact Housing Management.
We aim to contact you within five working days with advice on what will happen next.
If you need to report an emergency repair, or you need assistance please call us via our Customer Service Centre on 0800 137 111 or 020 3617 7080.
Enquire about a repair in progress or a repair that has been completed.
To find out about a current or completed repair to your property please use our online form to contact the Housing Management team.

On 1 April 2019 the Council took direct control of housing repairs and maintenance from Repairs Direct. Staff from Repairs Direct transferred across to the Council to join a new repairs service.
We are planning a number of improvements over the coming months so that we can deliver a high quality and responsive service to our residents.
