Public HMO Register
The Housing Act 2004 requires every local authority to maintain a public register of properties licensed under the Act. Together with any temporary exemption notices (TENs) served or any interim or final management orders.
You can view all licenses issued under our licensing scheme on the Public Register. The register is available as a PDF or on our database.

We update the register databases when licences are issued. Applications that are currently being processed will not appear.
