Estate Inspections: join our estate walkabouts

Every quarter the Council carries out estate inspections. Residents can accompany their Neighbourhood Services Coordinator, members from the Estate team, and Repairs teams to walk around the estate and complete the inspection.

These inspections are designed to monitor how well the communal areas are maintained, and to ensure there are no health and safety or fire safety issues.

After an NSC has completed an inspection they will grade the estate between 1-10 alongside the resident using the scoring guidelines below. The result, including any outstanding actions. will be given to the Resident Association within 10 day, including any outstanding actions.

Residents are notified of the inspections through posters placed on block notice boards, you can also find information about your inspection below.
