Digital access

Help with devices and SIM cards
Kensington Central Library is a Good Things Foundation Hub. This means the staff can provide people who will benefit from free data with a SIM card for their mobile phone. Enquire at Kensington Central Library during IT Help Sessions.
If you have no device at home, you can speak to library staff who can add you to a waitlist to receive a free device. If there is one available and you are eligible, you will be given one as soon as possible.
Physical and sensory access needs
We offer a range of services for those with physical and sensory needs:
- If you are struggling to get online, call the council-led Digital Inclusion helpline: 020 7361 2080
- learn about the Comfortable Zone at Kensington Central Library. The zone is located in the downstairs Events Room and hosts our Digital Help programme, including IT Help Sessions. It is designed to support people on their digital journey, as an accessible and welcoming space for everyone, particularly those without internet or personal devices at home, the over 60s, wheelchair users, and visually impaired residents.
