We offer wifi connection to the internet at broadband speeds, called Hotspots, at all of our libraries. This is in addition to the dedicated public computers that we have.
Who can use this service?
Anyone can! You do not need to be a member of the library, and will not be required to join.
What do I need to use this service?
You will need to have a device which is wifi enabled. This means it has the hardware and software necessary to connect to wireless networks.

All of our libraries currently offer this service; please click on the library of your choice below to find details of its location and opening hours.
What can I do once I am connected?
You can surf the internet, send and receive emails and download files. Use of the internet is subject to an Acceptable Use Policy, copies of which are available in the library or you can download a copy below.

What additional facilities are there?
Where possible we provide a place where you can sit at a desk for those using a laptop. We also have a limited number of designated and specially protected power outlets where you may charge your device whilst using it.
