Our libraries provide a range of free resources and services and we want you to be able to access them even when the libraries are closed or if you can’t get out to visit us. That’s why we are extending our online and virtual offer, so that you can continue learning, reading, building your skills, getting support and engaging with other users and our staff.
Ensuring that you can benefit from all the resources and experiences available in the library but from the comfort of home, we are bringing an increasing range of interactive features online. This includes:
- Q&As with authors
- virtual book clubs
- access to our range of eBooks, eAudiobooks, eNewspapers and eMagazines
The library is a 24/7 service and all you need is an internet connection to access it on any device. Some resources are only available to library members but you can join easily and for free online. Join now.
You can keep up to date with the latest events and news via our app, blog, or social media channels as we bring more exciting offers online. See the Special event for adults page and the Library app and social media page.
We have also launched a customer service phoneline which you can call Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, to speak with our library staff for book recommendations, service queries, or additional support on 020 7361 3993.
