The MyRBKC Account enables you to view your council tax and benefits accounts and track the progress of problems you have told us about.
You can also:
- set up email notifications for planning applications and decisions, parking suspensions, licensing applications, current street works and the Council’s forward plan and key decisions.
- report and follow a request for bins, waste, and recycling.
