Create your MyRBKC Account

A step by step guide on how to create your MyRBKC Account. 

The MyRBKC Account enables you to view your council tax and benefits accounts and track the progress of problems you have told us about.

You can also:

  • set up email notifications for planning applications and decisions, parking suspensions, licensing applications, current street works and the Council’s forward plan and key decisions.
  • report and follow a request for bins, waste, and recycling.
