Things you will need to create and manage your MyRBKC Account
You will need:
- A Computer, Laptop, Tablet or a Smartphone
- Access to the Internet
- An active email address
- MyRBKC can be used on the following web browsers: Chrome (including Chrome for Android and iOS), Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, and Safari including Safari for iOS.
When creating your account, you will also need to provide:
- your full name
- your email address
- your telephone number
- the account details for the accounts you want to manage within MyRBKC Account. For example, your Council Tax Account details
- to read and accept the terms and conditions.
